shipping + returns
orders are processed and shipped from our Dallas County location typically within 24 to 48 hours of the order being placed.
we currently offer flat-rate shipping, as outlined below:
purchase of order under 1lb: $5
purchase of order over 1lb and up: $10
FREE SHIPPING for all orders $250 and over.
returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt of your order for a refund or exchange. all items must be returned in original packaging and in unused and new condition. shipping costs are non-refundable, and all costs for the return shipment are the responsibility of the customer.
all pre-orders and sale items are FINAL SALE.
