shipping & returns

shipping policy

orders are processed and shipped from our Dallas County location typically within 24 to 48 hours of the order being placed.

we currently offer flat-rate shipping, as outlined below:

purchase of order under 1lb: $5

purchase of order over 1lb and up: $10

FREE SHIPPING for all orders $250 and over.

haus divided is not responsible for lost, delayed or stolen packages. please contact your local post office to remedy the situation. in these instances, haus divided is not able to freely replace or refund the items, but we will do our best to assist you in sorting out the situation with the carrier. this can in some instances take a few days to a few weeks. once a package is tendered to the carrier, many factors are out of our control. if a package is marked as delivered but is missing from the point of delivery, we cannot be held responsible for refunding or replacing.

refund policy

we want you to love your haus divided items as much as we do! but if you’ve changed your mind on any home item, returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt of your order for a refund or exchange.

before sending back your item please email info@haus-divided.com to get your return approved. all items must be returned in original packaging and in unused and new condition. shipping costs are non-refundable, and all costs for the return shipment are the responsibility of the customer.

returns are not accepted after 7 days of the date of delivered shipment for online orders. 

all pre-orders and sale items are FINAL SALE.

if a prepaid label is needed, please request one by emailing us at info@haus-divided.com. the cost of postage will be deducted from your refund total. upon receipt of your package, haus divided will email you to confirm your refund or exchange. 

defective products

please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. if your product was damaged upon delivery, please email us at ­­­­­­info@haus-divided.com including photos of the box it arrived in and pictures of the damaged product or a video within 48 hours after your package arrives. please make sure to also include your order number in the title of the email. we’ll get you squared away with a replacement as soon as possible. this does not include small imperfections that are characteristics of handmade items.
