shipping + returns
orders are processed and shipped from our Cook County location typically within 24 to 48 hours of the order being placed.
we currently offer flat-rate shipping, as outlined below:
standard shipping within the US: $6
standard international shipping outside of the US: $15
FREE SHIPPING for all orders $250 and over (within the US only)
returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt of your order for a refund or exchange. all items must be returned in original packaging and in unused and new condition. shipping costs are non-refundable, and all costs for the return shipment are the responsibility of the customer. please email info@haus-divided.com to request a return.
